Chicken Alfredo

This recipe is for a family of 6 can be for a family of 4 with leftovers though
With this recipe all you need
1 pkg of Chicken breast
2 sticks of butter
2 tsp. Garlic
4 cups of milk
6 TBSP of flour
1 pkg fettucine noodles
1 Cup of parmesean(You can use the kind that comes out of the little green and clear jar)
Dash of Garlic powder
pam spray(for the cooking pan)
A bit of oil for pasta
Items you will need to cook this recipe would be
1 big pot(for pasta)
1 medium sauce pan (for alfredo sauce)
a knife
a cutting board
a cooking pan 13X7
something to stir noodles with
a whisk for the alfredo
Strainer for noodles
Instructions
Start off by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Spray the pam into the cooking dish next.Then start cutting up your chicken. You want to cut all the fat off of it and cut it into little squares, they don't have to be even just squares. Place the squares of chicken into your cooking dish. you are going to want to season them with salt and pepper just enough to add flavor so not the whole containers, then also just sprinkle some garlic powder on top of that. Take a stick of butter and microwave it to get it liquifidy, I would put it in a plastic cup it makes it more simple to me. Add this on top and make sure that your oven is fully preheated and add that to the oven. Following this get the big pot and fill it with water for the pasta I never measure it I just make sure that it is filled almost to the top with an inch less of water. Doesnt have to be perfect turn that on high and put a few shakes of salt in the water. Now onto the alfredo sauce. take your medium sauce pan you are going to then put the stick of butter into the sauce pan let it melt. After butter is melted(Medium heat not high not low) put the 6 TaBleSPoons of flour in there and let it soak up the flour then after that is done put the milk the grated parmeasn and garlic in the pot as well. Whisk this all until it is free of clumps after you have completed that make sure that you put it on a low setting this will help it thicken as well. Stir this almost constantly so the cheese doesn't burn onto the bottom. About twenty minutes in the oven flip over the chicken I just used a spatula but you can use whatever you'd like to make it easier. It will have ten more minutes. Once the water starts boiling for the pasta you want to break the pasta in half I do this while its still in the box less of a mess just put the box on the edge of the counter, in the middle, until you know that all the noddles have broken. then I open the box put the noodles in the big pot of boiling water put a dash of oil in there if you want a measurement about 2 TBSPs and then I stir it not contanstly but every 3 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes to cook fetticuine but there is always the test of taking a noodle out of the pot and biting into it if you see white on the inside it still needs to cook if there is no white on the inside then you are fine. Drain once the alfredo sauce has thickened to your desire place this into the big pot with the noodles, take the chicken out of the oven and make sure it is done by cutting into one of the pieces and making sure it's all white on the inside. Place this as well in the big pot and you have created Chicken Alfredo.
